Who we are

Prime Energy Contract Services (“Prime Energy,” “we,” “us”) provides battery-system engineering, testing, and contract assembly from our facility at 1400 Allen Dr., Troy, MI 48083, United States. This policy describes how we handle information when you use primeenergycs.com and related pages, including Talk with us, Test a battery, and Employment Opportunities.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to send us and limited technical data created when you visit the site:

• Inquiry and project details from the Talk with us form — name, company, email, phone, message, and selected topics.
• Testing requests from the Test a battery form — the same contact fields plus pack or cell details you provide, and any files you upload (for example datasheets or drawings).
• Employment inquiries if you email a résumé or application to us (including via the mailto links on the careers page).
• Usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, and referring site, collected through Google Analytics if it is enabled on the live site.
• Spam-prevention data processed by Google reCAPTCHA when you submit a form.

We do not require an account to browse the public site, and we do not knowingly collect payment-card data through this website.

How we use information

• Respond to engineering, testing, assembly, and sales inquiries.
• Evaluate testing or program requests and follow up by email or phone.
• Review employment applications.
• Operate, secure, and improve the website (including diagnosing errors and reducing spam).
• Understand which pages are used, in aggregate, so we can improve content.
• Meet legal, safety, and record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Forms and file uploads

Website form submissions are processed by our hosting provider (Netlify) and delivered to our business email (Microsoft 365 / Outlook). Files you attach to a testing request are used only to evaluate that request. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share. Attachment size is limited on the form.

Cookies, analytics, and reCAPTCHA

If Google Analytics 4 is configured on the live site, Google may set cookies or similar identifiers to measure traffic. You can block analytics cookies in your browser; some site features will still work.

Forms use Google reCAPTCHA to reduce automated spam. Google may collect hardware and usage data for that service. See Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Service providers

We use vendors who process data on our behalf, including:

• Netlify — website hosting and form intake.
• Microsoft — business email and file storage for messages we receive.
• Google — analytics (when enabled) and reCAPTCHA.
• GoDaddy / Wix or other DNS providers — domain name services, which may process DNS queries.

Those companies have their own privacy terms. We ask them to use our data only to provide their service to us.

How long we keep information

Inquiry and testing records are kept as long as needed to handle the request, support a related program, and meet ordinary business or legal retention needs, then deleted or archived according to our internal practices. Analytics data is retained according to the settings in our Google Analytics property.

Sharing

We may share information:

• With service providers as described above.
• With professional advisors (for example legal or insurance) when reasonably needed.
• If required by law, court order, or to protect safety, rights, or property.
• In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of assets, if applicable.

We do not share form submissions with unrelated advertisers.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete contact details we hold about you, or to stop using your email for follow-up on a closed inquiry, by writing to engineering@primeenergycs.com. We may retain information when we are required to, or when it is needed to complete a transaction or resolve a dispute. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law; contact us to make a request.

Children

This website is directed to businesses and adult professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

Security

We use HTTPS and reputable hosting, email, and form tools. No internet transmission is completely secure. Please avoid sending highly sensitive personal data (for example Social Security numbers) through the public forms.

Changes

We may update this policy as our site or practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you should review the revised policy.
